Pleasure describes the broad class of mental states that humans and other animals experience as positive, enjoyable, or worth seeking.” [wikipedia]

What does Pleasure mean to you?  Do you feel that you deserve to experience Pleasure? How often?  When you have the time?  Or do you make time for pleasurable moments?

Do you have any idea what happens to you when you ignore Pleasure?

Mama Gena has made her life about teaching women what Pleasure is and how important it is for women to take part in, every, single, day.

She explains it beautifully in her TEDxWomen talk, watch:

If this video has fired you up as I hoped it would, check out her amazing book Mama Gena’s School of Womanly Arts.  This is one of the books that changed my life and I re-read it when I need more guidance.  I also love her book, Mama Gena’s Owner’s and Operator’s Guide To Men.

A fellow blogger has a great introduction to her here with an hilarious video of her on Conan.

Found you through @silentinfinite. Looking forward to hearing more from you.
