This week I started a new fitness plan. I’m giving myself 3 months to drop two dress sizes and I’m mixing it up by taking a variety of classes. Ballet, Swimming, Kick Boxing, Belly Dancing and Cross Fit or Zumba. I want to look and feel awesome this summer and be able to feel comfortable in my own skin and cute summer festival outfits.

wake up. kick ass. repeat.


Prepare to have your mind blown watching a six year old B-girl smash her competition.

    Good luck on the fitness plan. Variety is the spice of life. Mix up your training so you don’t get bored. Using a few of those you mentioned will help. Zumba is very good.

    As an old personal trainer I need to get back in the gym too!

      Hey Phil, well I tried Zumba and hated it. Too many different moves too fast, not sure if that was the teacher’s fault or if I went into an advanced class or something, but I didn’t like it at all.
